Recovery Program Financial Assistance 

The Kairos For Life Foundation has limited funding each year to assist individuals throughout rural Nevada. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please allow four weeks for a decision. The Kairos For Life Foundation will only approve applications if all requirements are met and funding is available. Additional information may be requested beyond this form. The Kairos For Life Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
